If you don’t feel confident making the insurance claim yourself, or want to make sure you’re getting the coverage you are entitled to under your policy, you can engage a loss assessor. They will submit and manage the claim for you, negotiating with your insurer to make sure you get a fair outcome. Loss assessors typically work on a no-win, no-fee basis, and often achieve a higher claim return (even after their fees) than claimants who don’t engage a loss assessor.

Your loss assessor or insurer may require a quote from a builder for the repair works, and we’re happy to assess the damage and provide an obligation-free quote.

Once your claim is approved, we work directly with you, liaising with your loss assessor or insurer as required, to take the hassle out of the repair process.
